will my acne ever go away

Will my acne EVER go away!?

I am on an oral antibiotic called "minocycline" prescribed by my doctor. I use Neutrogena oil- free acne wash twice a day. I have been doing this routine for 3 months now and I still have acne on my face and back. Is there any supplements I can take or changes to my diet that will help/treat my acne?

i've been on the same stuff, and didn't notice more than just a little difference.
oh and fyi: if you are cought in an anthrax attack, minocycline is used to treat anthrax.
